WHAT IS THE PILOT CLUB OF LENOIR CITY?

• A civic service group that is part of an 85+ year-old worldwide organization with over 500 clubs and 25,000 volunteers.
• Members working together to help our communities be better places to live, today and tomorrow.
• Supports programs focused on keeping the brain healthy for life.
• Supports other service programs to meet the need of our own communities.
• Holds monthly meetings to educate, foster involvement, and facilitate fellowship.
• Enjoys membership in the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce.
• Shares the message about the organization's important work in an effort to involve others.
• Members develop life-long friendships along the way!

Tuesday, August 5 – Bingo Night at Baptist Health Care Center (700 Williams Ferry Rd.), 6:15 pm. 

Sunday, August 10- Rejoicing Spirits Worship Service (for mentally and physically challenged individuals), Central United Methodist Church (Lenoir City). 4:30-5:30 pm.

Monday, August 11 - Heaven Scent Blankets Volunteer Workshop, Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church (Hwy. 72, Loudon), 9am-12noon.

Tuesday, August 12 – Loudon County Chamber of Commerce “Business After Hours,” (TBD), 5:00-6:30pm.

Thursday, August 14 - Volunteer opportunities at Good Samaritan Center, 4:00 pm.

Club approved Division Plans, Programs and Budgets sent to District Governor and a copy to PI Headquarters, postmark deadline August 15th.

2007-2008 Pilot Excellence Program (PEP) Report mailed/faxed to PI Headquarters with a copy to District Governor and DCR, postmark deadline August 15th.

Tuesday, August 19 – Pilot Club of Lenoir City Annual Picnic (in lieu of regular monthly club meeting), Copper Stone Subdivision Community Club House, 6:30 pm.

August 30 - Has the club PIF Sweetheart been selected???
